ROCK support group meetings help all of the members put faces to names we see in our Yahoo email group.  Often the face-to-face conversation covers many celiac/gluten-free subjects, is more in-depth plus we often share great gluten-free treats!

ROCK Support Group Meeting Details

Regular ROCK meetings are held the second Thursday of every other month. We will have a regular meeting on January 10, March 14, May 9, July 11, September 12 and November 14th, 2013.

If you are attending a meeting, we ask that if you can, try and bring a gluten-free treat to share (no obligation for first-timers ) along with multiple copies of the recipe.  If you have a new find from a store, you can bring the packaging or the actual food item for people to look at.   New restaurant options and/or experiences are often shared at these meetings as well.  And on occasion, we have a guest speaker come to talk with us about a specialized topic.

Unfortunately, the meetings do not have a designated area for young children.  We politely ask if your child can stay home during the meeting with a parent or babysitter, we would appreciate it.  But we would rather you come with your child than not come at all.
