Gluten-Free Holiday Scotcheroo's PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

 
6 cups of GF brown crisped rice cereal
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chip
1 bag of holiday colored M&M's
 
Directions:
 
Melt corn syrup and sugar over medium heating in a large kettle until sugar dissolves and it starts to boil. Stir in peanut butter. Remove from heat. Add cereal and mix well. Spread in 13x9 cake pan that is coated in Pam.
 
Chop M&M's into tiny pieces and set aside. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat in a double boiler until melted or melt chips in the microwave. Spread over cereal. Immediately sprinkle chopped m&m's over the top for holiday color!
