Gluten-Free Easy Sugar Cookies PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

½ c powder sugar
½ c granulated sugar
½ c vegetable oil
½ c butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2-1/2 c GF flour mix.
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp xanthan gum
½ tsp cream of tarter
additional granulated sugar
 
Directions:
 
Cream sugars, oil and butter together. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Roll dough into balls. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 mins on a ungreased baking sheet
Note: chill dough for 1 hour if it's too soft to roll into balls. Makes 5 ½ dozen.
