Gluten-Free Crunch-ems Cookie Clusters PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

6 c GF rice crunch-ems cereal
2 c pretzel sticks (breaking them in half)
2 c strawberry flavored Craisins
18 oz white chocolate chips
½ c peanut butter
 
Directions: 
 
Toss together in a large bowl, cereal, pretzels and Craisins. Set aside. Melt together the chips and peanut butter. Pour this over the cereal mixture and stir until well coated.  Drop by spoonful onto an oil sprayed wax paper. When cooled and set, store in an airtight container.
