Information on ROCK Membership

We have 200+ families involved in our support group.  ROCK -Twin Cities is a 501c3 non-profit.  We invite all people who live a gluten-free lifestyle to be members of our organization.

Membership Details:

Membership is free and open to all; We do suggest an annual donation of $12 per family which helps our organization pay for basic needs for the group.

• With this you get exclusive access to our Yahoo email group, which does daily sharing of news and information regarding celiac disease and the gluten-free diet.  You will find information on recipes, restaurants, pediatricians and more.  Thisn Yahoo Group goes in more detail about big issues than is discussed at this time on the ROCK website.
• You will also be able to attend our ROCK support group meetings.  See calendar for information on dates, times and locations.
• Your family will be invited to two annual ROCK parties we have:  Swim Party and Como Zoo Picnic/Potluck.  Both events are for families of children of all ages.

We do not sell our membership contact lists.

How can I become a ROCK Member?

ROCK membership is free.  But a donation is greatly appreciated to keep this great community service available to all. To become a member, whether you donate to our organization or not, you will fill out a form, choose whether you want to make a donation and you will be responded to within 48 hours about how to access our Yahoo Group email.

ROCK Membership Renewal

If you are a current member and you are ready to renew, you just go through the same process as creating a new membership each year.  This way we have your current information like address and email.  We also ask that returning members consider whether they can give a donation to ROCK.
