ROCKers get a chance to get away from the doldrums of winter and go somewhere warm and fun  -- even if just for a few hours!  Join ROCK for our annual Potluck/Swim Party on Sunday, March 7 from 2-6pm at the Shoreview Community Center's Indoor Tropics Waterpark. This indoor water park looks like it will be a blast for kids of all ages with a large tube waterslide for the big kids and a zero-depth waterpark area for the smaller children. There are also areas to play water volleyball and basketball, so we could have some fun games going. *Please note, we will not be able to have exclusive use of the pool as we have in the past.

3:00 -6:00 p.m. Swim (pool closes at 6:00 p.m.)

ROCK is paying for the potluck room rental, but attendees will need to purchase pool passes. The cost to swim under the group rate is $6.53 per person to be paid via check or cash (exact change please) to Julie Jones the day of the event. Please note that any child under six needs to be accompanied by a paid adult.

How to Register for the Swim Party & Potluck:

Please can register by going to Contact Us and clicking on the Swim Party & Potluck in the dropdown menu. 

We have a limit of 80 people for our room that is reserved for the potluck.  To ensure you get a spot, we encourage ROCK members to register by March 1, 2010.   When you register, please say how many people you will be bringing as well as what food you will bring for the potluck.

Please bring your own plates, utensils, and beverages to the potluck!

Don't forget, the Shoreview Fresh & Natural Foods Store is just a short distance from the Shoreview Community Center if you wanted to do some gluten-free shopping before or after the event.  Be advised the store closes at 7:00 p.m. on Sundays.
