Here are some gluten free meals that can be created from food items easily found at the neighborhood grocery store.


Gluten-Free Menu Day 1

Breakfast
Eggs
Hashbrowns (OreIda)
Sausage (Johnsonville Original) or Bacon (Hormel Black Label)
Orange Juice

Lunch
Oscar Meyer luncheon meat
Fresh fruit or Delmonte canned fruit
Potato Chips (Old Dutch) or Fritos (all varieties)
Yogurt (Kemps or Yoplait)

Dinner
BBQ Chicken (Cookies BBQ, Kraft Honey BBQ, or Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce)
New Baby Red Potatoes & Butter
Vegetables (fresh cooked or raw)
Salad with French Dressing (Western)

Gluten-Free Menu Day 2

Breakfast
Post Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles Cereal with milk
Fresh Fruit and Yogurt
Apple Juice

Lunch
Oscar Meyer Hot Dogs
French Fries (OreIda Golden Crinkle or Golden Fries)
Canned or Fresh Vegetables (can use Hellmann’s Ranch Dipping Sauce)
Gelatin (Jell-O cups or from boxed mix)

Dinner
Steak or other fresh unmarinated meat (just use salt and pepper for seasoning)
Baked Potato or plain steamed rice (not flavored mixes)
